the reception staff assisted with our early arrival. they addressed our questions with detailed information. proximity to the train station made travel easy. they always offered a warm greeting.

the absence of complimentary water in the room was a slight inconvenience. a mini-fridge would have been helpful, especially during the warmer days. i missed having this amenity.

the location was ideal, steps from the train station. tivoli, shopping, and restaurants were also nearby. the hotel offered amenities like in-room coffee and tea. robes, slippers, and a clothes steamer were available in my room.

I found there was no mini fridge in the room. This would have been useful.
