the reception staff assisted with our early arrival. they addressed our questions with detailed information. proximity to the train station made travel easy. they always offered a warm greeting.
the absence of complimentary water in the room was a slight inconvenience. a mini-fridge would have been helpful, especially during the warmer days. i missed having this amenity.

The hotel's aesthetics were beautiful. The furnishings and colors were pleasing and hip. the staff was nice, and they offered fresh fruit as snacks, a very nice touch. the hotel restaurant was nice too.
